Страховые выплаты в случае ДТП бывают разными и зависят от компании и типа страховой программы (ОСАГО, КАСКО и пр.), клиентом которой вы являетесь.
Существенная разница между ОСАГО и КАСКО заключается в том, что в первом случае (ОСАГО) — выплата полагается только потерпевшей стороне, и не полагается виновнику аварии, который оплачивает ремонт своего автомобиля сам, а так же оплачивает всё пострадавшим сверх той суммы, на которую он был застрахован. Эти суммы установлены Законом об ОСАГО, и на данный момент составляют:

Во втором случае (КАСКО) — выплата так же полагается и потерпевшему, и размер страховой выплаты при ДТП определяется степенью ущерба автомобиля и политикой конкретной страховой компании.
К сожалению, очень часто эти политики(как по КАСКО, так и по ОСАГО) направлены отнюдь не в сторону клиента, и выплаты, предлагаемые страховыми компаниями, зачастую недостаточны для выполнения ремонта автомобиля. Выход есть: обращаться в независимую компанию для проведения независимой экспертизы, и затем подача искового заявления в суд, с целью отсудить у страховой компании недостающие деньги.
Практика показывает, что такой подход в 80% случаев заканчивается успехом, т.е. решением суда в пользу потерпевшего. Главное не бояться отстаивать свои права.
